Ministers are expected to summon senior officers and councillors to a round table as they seek to better understand housing pressures, The MJ understands.

The move comes after two-year-old Awaab Ishak's inquest found he died from a respiratory condition caused by mould in a one-bedroom housing association flat in Rochdale.
