London Mayor Boris Johnson has dismissed what he calls two 'non-solutions' to London's housing crisis.

Speaking at the inaugural Mipim UK investors conference  the Mayor said: 'I agree it makes sense to rebalance the economy but the answer is not to punish London for its success. I want to see London's offering spread across the UK.'
