More money and greater engagement with staff and the public will be needed for sustainability and transformation plans (STPs) to be successful, trade union Unison has argued.

More money and greater engagement with staff and the public will be needed for sustainability and transformation plans (STPs) to be successful, trade union Unison has argued.

Unison said STPs were being pushed through too quickly and called for a pause in the process for consultation.
