More money won't improve children's services, minister claims

The quality of children’s services has little to do with the amount of money spent on it, the children's minister has claimed.

Giving evidence to the Education Committee today, Nadhim Zahawi said all the local authorities that turned around their children's services have done so because of stable leadership.
