Richard Morris has joined Elmbridge BC as head of planning services to replace Martin Parker, who has retired.

Prior to his move to Elmbridge, Mr Morris was development control manager at Sevenoaks DC, and has previously worked at Cardiff Council and for Alder King, the property and planning consultant.
