The chief executive of outsourcing group, Mouchel, has assured The MJ the firm is ‘fit and well', after it entered administration and transferred staff and services to a new company.

Mouchel entered administration on 24 August, after bosses failed to secure enough votes at a shareholder meeting to back a plan to rearrange its finances.
