The Co-operative Group has launched a one-stop-shop offering expert advice and hands-on assistance to managers seeking to form public service mutuals.

Established as a joint venture with law firm, Cobbetts, and consultancy, Westminster Bridge, Public Service Mutuals will offer a staged and costed approach to ‘spinning out' public service enterprises.
