Shadow communities secretary Lisa Nandy has hit out at the Government's failure to publish a promised progress report one year after the Levelling Up White Paper was unveiled.

Ms Nandy marked the anniversary with a letter to her Tory counterpart, Michael Gove, demanding to know when the update on progress against the White Paper's 12 missions would be made public.
