New national contracting regional director recruited at Tarmac

The UK's largest quarrying company and suppliers of material to the construction industry adds a new member of staff to its team.

Tarmac has appointed Richard Vine as national contracting regional director to oversee highways operations in its West region.

He first started his career at Tarmac on its graduate programme in 1985 and now rejoins the company from Aggregate Industries where he was national construction solutions director. In this new role at Tarmac, he will manage the firm's full range of highways surfacing and maintenance work for the region.
