The National Association for Voluntary and Community Action is stepping up its campaign to ensure that the Localism Bill maintains its commitment to improving community groups' relations with councillors and boosting the role of voluntary groups in service provision.

With the Bill being discussed in the Commons, the NAVCA believes it ‘must be a means of improving voluntary and community sector partnerships with local authotrities.'
