Business leaders in the North East have added their voice to calls for the Barnett formula to be reformed, as part of a wide-ranging manifesto for the region.

Business leaders in the North East have added their voice to calls for the Barnett formula to be reformed, as part of a wide-ranging manifesto for the region.

The North East Chamber of Commerce (NECC) published its manifesto on 5 January, which calls for a number of measures to encourage economic growth in the region.
