The Local Government Ombudsman has issued a finding of ‘neglect – partially substantiated' against Oxfordshire CC and a private care home.

In its first joint investigation of a council and a privately-run home, the Ombudsman upheld a man's complaint against the care provider about the quality of care his wife received.
