Two neighbouring local authorities in Greater Manchester have announced deals to transfer key services to new partnerships.

Trafford MBC's executive voted last week to form a new partnership with Amey LG, which will cover a wide range of services for the next 23 years, including highways, corporate landlord services and capital development.
