The Nottingham Express Transit (NET) has been named best operational transport project at the Public Private Finance Awards.

Partners, including Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire CC, were praised for developing a ‘good example of how to structure tram deals' along with their ability to get a complex system under construction.
