Gordon McFarlane has been appointed director of human resources and organisational development at Newham LBC.

Gordon McFarlane has announced his appointment as director of human resources and organisational development at Newham LBC.

McFarlane was previously assistant director of corporate services at Leicestershire CC, where he spent 11 years.
