Vulnerable children in are being ‘failed’ by Newham LBC, an Ofsted report has found.

Vulnerable children in are being ‘failed' by Newham LBC, an Ofsted report has found.

Inspectors said the borough's services had ‘significantly deteriorated' since a previous visit in 2014, when Newham's services were judged to require improvement.
