A new report by has warned that government plans to reform the NHS will leave charities and voluntary groups in a vulnerable position.

The joint report by the King's Fund and the National Council for Voluntary Organisations, said smaller organisations would struggle to compete under the Health and Social Care Bill – which plans to introduce a market-based approach to the NHS.
