The Government's NHS Reform Bill could have ‘catastrophic' consequences for vulnerable children, according to risk analysis produced by NHS South East London.

The partnership of six primary care trusts warned the risk of severe problems with children's services was ‘possible' during the transition to the new NHS organisational structure in April 2013.
