NICE publishes tools in drive to protect children

The National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) has published two new tools to help local authorities reduce child injuries and deaths.

The National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) has published two new tools to help local authorities reduce child injuries and deaths.

Building on public health guidance, published in November 2010, NICE teamed up with Local Government Improvement and Development (LGID) to produce a fact checklist to help councillors make the case for investment in schemes to keep children safe from harm.
