Norfolk leader Jordan stands down due to ill-health

Norfolk CC leader Cllr Cliff Jordan has announced he will stand down due to ill-health, with immediate effect.

The leader announced he has been diagnosed with lung cancer and as a result would be resigning to concentrate on his treatment and recovery.
