North Somerset chief to retire

North Somerset Council chief executive Graham Turner to retire in November after 12 years in the top role.

 North Somerset Council chief executive Graham Turner has announced his decision to retire in November after 12 years in the top role.

Mr Turner, who has served with the authority for 24 years overall, has given six months notice to help North Somerset recruit a replacement chief.
