Northampton pilot to ease housing woes

Northampton Borough Council has been selected in a social mobility vanguard pilot.

Access to needs-specific housing in the Northampton area is expected to improve following Northampton Borough Council's selection in a social mobility vanguard pilot.

Undertaken on behalf of the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG), the councils is one of 10 councils in England selected for the pilot, and will focus on a number of initiatives including:
