Northgate Information Systems has signed a £450,000 deal with Allerdale BC to improve customer services.
The software and outsourcing company has implemented its Front Office citizen relationship management (CRM) programme, as the part of the first phase of the council's customer service strategic plan. The programme has joined up front and back office systems to cut the amount of bureaucracy and improve services. ‘We are delighted to be working with Allerdale BC to deliver their vision for high quality, accessible and and citizen-centred services,' said managing director of Northgate Public Services, Dave Meaden.
