Nottingham City Council has appointed John Kelly as its new corporate director of communities.

Mr Kelly as appointed interim corporate director last May and accepted the permanent post earlier in December. The council have also appointed Sue Flack as its new director for planning and transport. Ms Flack is currently managing director of MRC McLean Hazel Ltd, based in Edinburgh. The company specialises in providing transport advice to both the public and private sectors.
