NPS is sold to Cinven

European private equity firm, Cinven, has bought Northgate Public Services (NPS) for an undisclosed amount.

European private equity firm, Cinven, has bought Northgate Public Services (NPS) for an undisclosed amount.

According to a statement issued by Cinven, NPS was ‘an attractive investment' because it is well placed in the UK public sector market, with a variety of ‘niche software applications'.
