Head of finance and section 151 officer at North West Leicestershire DC Tracy Bingham has been appointed to a new role as finance director and deputy chief executive at Oadby and Wigston BC.

Ms Bingham, who is also a columnist for The MJ, takes up her new post in February 2022.
