Ofsted is ‘not a force for good’ and creates chaos in children’s services, a report from outsourcing firm iMPOWER has claimed.

Ofsted is ‘not a force for good' and creates chaos in children's services, a report from outsourcing firm iMPOWER has claimed.

It has called for a Royal Commission into the protection of vulnerable children to turn around services.
