Ofsted: Quality of care in children's homes falls

The quality of care in children’s homes has fallen and will be the focus for renewed monitoring, inspectors warned today.

The quality of care in children's homes has fallen and will be the focus for renewed monitoring, inspectors warned today.

Ofsted said some local authorities were working in a more child-centred way but not enough were yet doing so.
