Healthcare providers need to improve their use of mobile and online technology to build successful and happy patient relationships, according to a new study.

The report, by business analytics firm, SAS, and Professor Hugh Wilson, of Cranfield School of Management, said trusts could use new media channels, such as texts and websites, to help improve people's attitudes towards healthcare.
