It is not often I feel the urge to congratulate the judiciary. But I positively cheered when Mr Justice Beaton found in favour of Welsh councillor, Lewis Malcolm Calver, and called the decision to censure him for comments on his blog a 'disproportionate interference with his right to freedom of expression'.
