Telford and Wrekin chief executive, Victor Brownlees, has offered to take voluntary redundancy as part of a major management restructuring.

The Labour-controlled council has said it wants to establish a ‘co-operative council', more closely linked to its community, and plans to commission a major review of the senior management team at the local authority.
