Parking contractor NSL has continued to deny it operates a 'clandestine quota system' for ticketing following revelations by a warden.

Traffic warden, Hakim Berkani, yesterday won his claim for unfair dismissal by NSL – who operate parking enforcement in a host London boroughs, including Westminster City Council and Kensington & Chelsea RLBC - at an employment tribunal.
