Northern Ireland civil servants are setting up a new ‘partnership panel’ linking Stormont ministers directly with the 11 new authorities.

Northern Ireland civil servants are setting up a new ‘partnership panel' linking Stormont ministers directly with the 11 new authorities that will be voted in this week.

The panel will meet at least once every six months and be attended by environment minister Mark H Durkan, with other relevant ministers sitting in on an ad-hoc basis.
