The new head of Healthwatch England has called for health and social care services to be centred around the needs of people.

Speaking to The MJ ahead of its national launch on 11 April, Healthwatch England director, Dr Katherine Rake said the national organisation will act as a consumer champion and be a 'megaphone' for local groups.
