easyProperty.com is working with Camden Council to let properties on the council's letting scheme, Camden Lettings. The scheme matches tenants with an immediate requirement for housing, with landlords offering quality private rented accommodation in and around the London area. 

Camden Lettings finds accommodation for local residents who have unexpectedly lost their home through no fault of their own, for instance through redundancy, medical reasons or bereavement. Once thorough credit checks have been undertaken by the council, tenants will be matched with suitable properties from easyProperty.com and viewings arranged.  

Landlords will be able to select tenants on either a 12 or 24 month fixed tenancy, with rent paid directly to the landlord.  easyProperty will charge no agency fees for the service.
