The policy and guidance department at the Standards Board for England has completed the first phase of the organisation's planned relocation from London to Manchester, which is due to be completed over the next 12 months.

Head of policy, Paul Hoey, said: ‘It will be important for us to fully establish ourselves to ensure continuity in the organisation.'
