Phil Gilroy takes over adult services at Denbighshire

Denbighshire CC has appointed Phil Gilroy as its new head of adult services.

Mr Gilroy is currently head of adult services for Wrexham CBC, and previously worked in Wirral, where he held management roles in adult services, business services and children's services. He will join Denbighshire in October.
