Multidisciplinary construction consultancy Pick Everard has appointed Deborah Rose as the new head of development services.

The appointment was planned as part of the firm's strategic growth of services, in line with the government's drive for effective relationships between public and private sectors, ensuring assets and limited funds are used more effectively through reduced costs and increased efficiencies.
