Care minister Norman Lamb has called for a second wave of pioneers to push forward the integration of health and social care.

Speaking at a summit organised by the King's Fund on integrated care on 14 October, Mr Lamb said he wanted areas to come forward for the second wave ‘so we can celebrate ideas and encourage other areas to be just as innovative'.
