Detailed planning permission for the largest zero carbon scheme in the country has been granted by Cherwell District Council, paving the way for 393 new homes and a renewable energy centre.

P3Eco (Bicester) Ltd and its development partner A2Dominion have been given the go-ahead for the new Eco Town, which is the first 'Exemplar' phase of the Northwest Bicester eco development.
