The Welsh Government has published its plans for reorganisation in Wales.

The Welsh Government has published its plans for reorganisation in Wales. 

Under the proposals outlined by public services minister Leighton Andrews, the number of councils in Wales would drop from the current 22 to either eight or nine, with two potential option on the table.
