 Here, in the east of England, we have had a city summit, too. Big cities are hard to find in the region, and one of our more influential ones didn't want to play ball. So, it was an interesting gathering. Our discussion with David Miliband did, however, have the advantage of taking place in the week in which ODPM published its State of the English Cities report.
