Plymouth chief executive to stand down

The chief executive of Plymouth City Council has announced he is stepping down after seven years in the role.

The chief executive of Plymouth City Council has announced he is stepping down after seven years in the role.

Barry Keel said he would leave after the council's annual general meeting in May to pursue other objectives.
