Barry Keel, Plymouth City Council’s chief executive has announced he is to leave the authority after seven years.

Barry Keel, Plymouth City Council's chief executive has announced he is to leave the authority after seven years.

Mr Keel says that now the local authority has achieved a number of major goals, he plans to leave after the council's annual general meeting in May.
