Labour councils have inundated the prime minister with requests for meetings with the Number 10 Policy Unit after an invitation was extended to Oxfordshire CC.

Labour councils have inundated the prime minister with requests for meetings with the Number 10 Policy Unit after an invitation was extended to Oxfordshire CC.

Leeds, Leicester, South Tyneside, Lambeth LBC and Newcastle are among the many Labour authorities that have written to David Cameron requesting a personal meeting with specialists over cuts to frontline services.
