Warwickshire’s police and crime commissioner (PCC) has attacked devolution plans that could lead to his role being taken over by a West Midlands elected mayor.

Warwickshire's police and crime commissioner (PCC) has attacked devolution plans that could lead to his role being taken over by a West Midlands elected mayor.

Ron Ball said the proposals, which would lead to the creation of a West Midlands combined authority, ‘lacked clarity' and were ‘being rushed'.
