Staffordshire CC could become the first local authority in the country to publicly name suspended care homes, as part of ambitious new social care plans.

The council's cabinet member for adults and wellbeing, Cllr Matthew Ellis, told The MJ the proposal was part of a local ‘green paper', due to be published at the end of the month.
