Poor management 'dragging down performance'

According to a survey of leadership skills Almost half of public sector managers believe their line managers are ineffective.

Almost half of public sector managers believe their line managers are ineffective and the figure increases to 60% in low performing organisations according to a survey of leadership skills.

The report by the Chartered Management Institute and Penna, produced with the Henley Business School, says that poor performance is dragging down public sector productivity.
