Portsmouth City Council has proposed a budget that aims to minimise the impact on public services by focusing on an entrepreneurial approach and generating income.

Portsmouth City Council has proposed a budget that aims to minimise the impact on public services by focusing on an entrepreneurial approach and generating income.

The council said more than half of the £24m it needs to save in the next three financial years will be found by generating new income and restructuring repayments of historic debt.
