March 2025 marks a poignant milestone: five years since the World Health Organisation declared Covid-19 a pandemic. While the world has adjusted, the reverberations continue to shape our daily lives. Like many authorities, one area that has changed post-pandemic for Breckland DC is the rise of teleconferencing, both between teams and with our partners.

Within the sector many of us have become used to engaging via digital platforms, but it is important we consider how all the tools at our disposal can be used to engage with our residents too, while not losing the personal touch.
